Company Company profile Authentic‐Spirit The company Authentic-Spirit SRL was set up in 2004. Soon it became the biggest ATV/Quad-distributor and ‐dealer in Romania. The company is property of a Romanian/Italian association. Headquarters are located in the fast growing capital of Transylvania, Cluj‐Napoca, in Northern Romania near the borders of Ukraine and Hungary. Authentic‐Spirit SRL acts international having built up strong business relations and a sophisticated dealer network especially into the adjacent countries.
The company is official Can-Am, CFmoto and KTM dealer. In addition Authentic‐Spirit SRL is in the position to organize COC‐European conformity papers for at the moment ‐ 25 ATV/Quad‐models, including Suzuki‐Yamaha‐Kawasaki. In exclusivity the company is also official distributor of Thermoflash and Ironbaltic products, the former for Romania, the latter for most Central Europe countries. The owners, Mihai Concioiu and Oliver Renzler, are successful ATV-racers. Since 2007 they organize the only international Romanian ATV-enduro-race, Hunt-the-Wolf.
