ATVs and cars can be parked nearby. Hotel reservations can be previously made through the organizers, until 2. 10. 2008. Information about the weather can be found out through GOOGLE: "weather, Cluj – Napoca".

COMPETITION:

trial driving, fast and technical, extreme ups and downs, mud, water, rocks and very tight passageways. Amazing variety of ATV rides! GPS orientation and partially marked tracks. The circuits of the competition aren't longer than a utilitarian quad's tank would allow. Participation can be individual or in teams of at least 2 persons. Quad drivers (2x4) must participate in teams.
Special Event: WOLF HUNT! Nocturnal competition with no previously established track. Check your lights!
Participation fee: previously: 100 Euro/person – subscriptions can be made until 2. 10. 2008, 12:00 o'clock. The fee will be 150 Euro for "last minute" subscriptions, meaning subscriptions made after 12:00, on 2. 10. 2008 and until 19:00 hrs. on 3. 10. 2008. No delays are admitted! Tax includes:

all the information needed in order to participate to all the competitions, prizes for the 3 winners (person/team) and prizes for the other participants; special prize for the fastest and slickest "wolfhunter"; snacks and hot tea for all the participants at the end of every track and in the waiting breaks; fun program on Saturday, after the competition; information after the competitions; insurance. The tax DOES NOT cover: other expenses.

* best driver of the nocturnal competition will be awarded 100 Euro.

Requirements:

1. We recommend participation with 4x4 ATVs! Participation with side-by-sides or Quads (only in teams) is also allowed, but due to the difficult terrain we advise otherwise. Off road tires!

2. Whinch with at least 7 m cable/cord.

3. Tope strap at least 3 cm wide and 1 m length for tree protection.

7. We recommend: front differential lock.

Program:

First day:
1. Sign up: 17.00 – 19. 00 p.m.
2. Meeting: 19.00 p.m.
3. Start (all participants at the same time) 20.30 p.m.
4. Arrival: ca. 22.30 p.m. The classification of the participants for the next day will be made by the arrival time of the contestants: the first who arrives will be the first the next day, etc. Those who do not attend the "Wolfhunt" will be penalized by +100 minutes at the total time of the classification.
5. The day's classification: 23.00 p.m.

Second Day:

1. Meeting: 10.00 a.m.
2. Hotel start: 11.00 a. m.
3. Trial Polus Center Start: 11.30 a. m. (all drivers at the same time)
4. Start race on GPS: 1/2 an hour after the trial
5. Arrival: 18.00 p. m.
6. Dinner: 19.00 p. m.
7. The day's classification at about 21.00 p. m.
8. Evening program!

Third day:

1. Meeting: 8.30
2. Start: 9.00 am
3. Arrival: 14.00 – 16.00
4. Award adjudication 1600p.m. Prizes will be given to the first 3 winners and to the slickest "hunter"; participation prizes for all competitors.

RESPONSIBILITY

Participation to the event will be the contestants' full responsibility. The organizers decline any responsibility in case of wounds/damage suffered by the participants/vehicles in case of any type of accident. Each contestant will sign a written declaration through which he/she undertake the responsibility for the damage done unto him/herself or to other persons, undertaking full responsibility in case of an accident. For the participants that aren't 18 years old yet, the declaration will be signed by the parents.
The organizers reserve the right to change the track or program at any time.
