2025 Husqvarna TC 300 dominates the competitive 300cc 2-stroke motocross class thanks to the technical advances it comes with, as well as the latest design. It has E-Start and electronic injection, so starting is simplified, and the performance on the circuit is unmatched thanks to the sophisticated EFI system that delivers the perfect air/fuel ratio for instant and easy-to-manage power at any time. TC 300 benefits from exceptional construction quality and guarantees reliability. The new graphics inspired by the brand's Swedish heritage create a bold look, applied to the body with advanced ergonomics.
The engine of the TC 300 received a series of updates for the 2025 season: the sophisticated EFI system reduces costs and eliminates the need for jet changes and contributes to improving reliability. The electronic start adds simplicity to this popular model and guarantees a quick start in all conditions. Reduced vibrations are another characteristic of TC 300.
The Husqvarna TC 300 has a 5-speed gearbox to ensure the highest level of durability and allows precise and smooth gear changes.
The steel frame has been refined. The chassis was designed for anti-slip behavior. The frame offers advanced geometry and flex characteristics to provide unparalleled rider feedback, energy absorption and excellent straight-line stability. Additionally, a protective shield can be installed, available as a technical accessory.
The triple clamps match the new frame design and suspension setup. It offers precisely calculated geometry for increased stability. The triple clamp at the top is stiffer to allow smoother fork action and plays a vital role in perfect front wheel alignment for superior handling.
Front suspension WP XACT-USD.
The 48mm WP forks offer consistent damping and smooth action, plus precise feedback for the rider. For extra protection, the new protection rings in the fork area prevent the accumulation of residues and dirt. Additionally, the air pump required to adjust the air pressure at the fork is available as standard.
WP XACT monoshock.
The new design results in a rear shock absorber shorter by 15mm and lighter by 100g compared to the previous generation. Back travel is 293mm.
The cast aluminum swingarm is manufactured from a single piece by means of an improved casting production process, thus ensuring optimal rigidity and a lighter weight than the predecessor model.
Aluminum subframe reinforced with polyamide.
The new two-piece subframe made of 60% polyamide and 40% aluminum offers exceptional strength and durability at a low weight. The upper section of the subframe is made of polyamide to guarantee specific flexing characteristics and to ensure the light weight of the construction.
