2025 KTM 150 EXC - no limits! The 2-stroke model has earned its place in the EXC arena, benefiting from the same level of equipment as the rest of the dirt bikes in the range and is capable and strong enough to join the big boys while dominating in various technical aspects. With a powerful engine, quick response and agile handling, this dirtbike from the KTM family remains a formidable competitor on the enduro scene.
READY TO RACE. The EXC lineup features a suspension setup at both ends that does not require the use of tools. On the rear, the brand's legendary PDS technology comes with manually adjustable compression controls, allowing riders to adjust low and high speed settings in just seconds. On the front, the forks are also adjustable thanks to manually adjustable clickers, so that changing settings is done "on the fly" as easily as twisting the throttle.
The air filter box is designed to ensure maximum airflow with minimal water intrusion. The precision regarding the positioning of the air tubes is aimed at preventing the deformation of the air and maintaining the protection at the level of the filter. The enduro-specific splash protection under the airbox prevents water or dirt from entering under the rear wheel, while the design of the Twin Air filter and its support has a foolproof, simple mounting system, designed for a safe and precise installation of the filter. All this helps with easy, tool-free access for quick maintenance on the trail.
The transparent polyethylene (XPE) tank is a signature element characteristic of the KTM Enduro lineup. Tested during tough races, from GNCC to the toughest FIM enduro competitions, the tanks have a durable construction and consist of a one-piece fuel pump and filter to manage fuel delivery. Service is particularly easy thanks to the easy access to the fuel filter. The tank roller has been optimized and keeps the tank in a firm position, protecting, at the same time, against friction.
For 2025, the entire range of KTM Enduro motorcycles will receive a new easy-to-use switch. On the right side of the handlebar, you'll find a new, slimmer start/stop switch. On the left side is an optional Map Select switch that allows pilots to choose between Map 1 or Map 2.
