The power displayed in the vehicle's technical specifications strictly refers to the constructive power that can be developed by the engine* when used exclusively off-road (the so-called "international" model, which is neither registered nor licensed, meaning it does not have homologation for circulation on public roads).
In the case of ATVs and SSVs that have different homologation variants (general category T – tractor or category L7e type quadricycle), there may be differences between the constructive power declared by the manufacturer in the technical specifications and the power homologated by the EU road authority, as recorded in the certificate of conformity and subsequently in the Vehicle Identification Card (CIV). The data in the CIV is recorded for circulation on public roads, and not for off-road use.
We deliver the units to customers in compliance with the legal requirements in the field, along with documents proving the type of homologation (or non-homologation). Consequently, our company is not liable for the client's subsequent decision to make modifications (derestriction, software interventions for increasing/decreasing power, torque, or sound level, etc.). Furthermore, if illegal interventions are detected during revisions or when the product reaches the service center for any other reason, the warranty for the respective products is voided.
__ * The power is always calculated at the engine level, not at the wheel, so in certain situations, there may be differences between the declared power and the actual power at the wheel, during dynamometric testing.
