The Husqvarna FC 350 engine is designed to deliver maximum performance. For 2025, the repositioning of all major engine components and cylinder head arrangements improves overall handling, while the chassis design is engineered for anti-squat behavior.

The proven steel frame has been refined. The chassis is characterized by improved anti-squat behavior. The frame ensures advanced geometry and flex characteristics with the goal of achieving unparalleled rider feedback, better energy absorption, and exceptional straight-line stability. The frame allows for the easy installation of a skid plate (available as a technical accessory).
Lightweight subframe made of aluminum reinforced with polyamide. The two-piece subframe consists of 60% polyamide and 40% aluminum, offering exceptional strength and durability at a low weight.
Functional bodywork. The clean, Swedish-inspired design and ergonomics are meticulously engineered to allow riders to unleash their potential for extended periods. Adapted after many hours of testing, the contact points and surfaces in the rider's triangle have been repositioned for the 2024 season for added comfort. The new, flatter seat profile offers unrestricted movement and features a high-grip cover, ensuring riders maintain a firm position even under extreme acceleration.
Airbox - unrestricted airflow and maximum filter protection. The TWIN AIR filter can be easily accessed without tools, by simply removing the left side panel for maintenance.
The hydraulic Brembo clutch system guarantees uniform wear and near maintenance-free operation, as well as perfect modulation in any condition. The reliability of the Italian system is proven by countless hours of testing in race conditions.
The FC 350 exhaust plays an essential role in delivering class-leading performance. The system consists of two pieces and is designed to be as compact as possible. The exhaust can be removed without taking out the rear shock absorber. The silencer has a short, efficient design, shifting weight closer to the center of gravity and ensuring impressive power while keeping the noise level as low as possible. The black paint layer underlines its premium quality.
Cooling system - the radiators channel air in the most efficient manner, and the new thermostat contributes to reliability.
The handlebar-mounted switch allows the rider to activate Traction Control and Launch Control, along with the quickshifter function (rapid gear change), as well as select one of the two available engine maps. Race riders will be able to quickly set the engine characteristics during the competition, depending on their preferences and track conditions.
The Quickshift function can be activated/deactivated via the handlebar map switch.
