KTM 500 EXC-F Six Days 2025 is a high-performance enduro motorcycle, equipped with a 510.9 cc SOHC single-cylinder, 4-stroke, liquid-cooled engine, with Keihin electronic fuel injection and a 42 mm throttle body. The engine is compact and light, weighing 29.5 kg, and offers an incredible power-to-weight ratio. The total weight is 108.7 kg, and the fuel tank capacity is 8.5 liters.
The transmission includes a 6-speed gearbox, a DDS multi-disc wet clutch with Brembo hydraulics, and a 520 X-Ring chain final drive.
The suspension consists of a 48 mm WP Xact closed-cartridge inverted fork at the front, fully adjustable without tools via hand clickers on the bottom of the fork leg and the top cap, and a WP Xplor PDS (Progressive Damping System) mono-shock at the rear, with manually adjustable dual compression controls for high and low-speed settings. Suspension settings have been updated for 2025, providing improved pressure balance and consistent damping.
The Brembo braking system includes a floating wave disc at the front and a solid disc at the rear, offering exceptional stopping power and performance in extreme conditions.
The wheels are high-strength Giant alloy with Six Days branding, featuring CNC machined hubs, aluminum spokes, and nipples. The tires are Continental TKC 80, offering exceptional traction in all conditions.
The seat height is 963 mm, and the ground clearance is 347 mm. The frame is tubular with a glossy orange powder-coated finish, specially designed for longitudinal rigidity, providing exceptional rider feedback, energy absorption, and high-speed stability. The steering head connection is forged.
Special Six Days equipment includes a glossy orange frame, frame protection set, specific Six Days seat, Six Days branded parts, orange anodized CNC triple clamp, orange front axle puller, semi-floating front brake disc, solid rear brake disc, rear brake safety wire, skid plate, and radiator fan. The handlebars are Neken aluminum with Six Days graphics and gray ODI lock-on grips for optimal control. The muffler is coated in anthracite with the Six Days logo.
The Offroad Control Unit (OCU) located under the seat replaces all electronic fuses and relays, with red or green LED indication for each output, facilitating the diagnosis of electrical errors. The air filter box is designed to ensure maximum airflow with minimal water intrusion.
The graphics for 2025 celebrate the latest ISDE edition in Spain, featuring multiple shades of orange and sharp graphics.
