The Husqvarna Svartpilen 801 joins the naked motorcycle lineup for the 2024 season, combining versatility with performance and exceptional style. The minimalist, scrambler-inspired design includes a new compact and powerful 2-cylinder engine, a perfectly balanced tubular frame, and refined ergonomics to deliver an intuitive ride. The package is completed by adjustable WP suspension, state-of-the-art electronic assistance systems, plus sharp lines and dark colors. The Svartpilen 801 allows every rider to set the tone for urban riding!
The integrated LED lights on the front and rear, and the brake lights, outline the progressive and minimalist design of the Svartpilen 801. Positioned around the front headlight, the unique LED ring offers clear visibility in all conditions to allow for a safer riding experience.
The Svartpilen 801 offers advanced agility and stability thanks to its compact tubular steel frame, with geometry developed to give rise to a new type of street motorcycle. The resistant and lightweight hydroformed components are laser-cut and robot-welded to ensure precision and durability, while the carefully calculated balance between flex and rigidity provides incredible feedback to the rider.
The predefined Riding Modes offer three different settings - Street, Sport, and Rain. Street is engaged as the standard mode, while Sport enhances throttle response. Rain mode can be activated in unfavorable weather conditions for a less aggressive throttle response. For an individual setup and advanced rider settings, the Dynamic mode is available.
The WP suspension included with the Svartpilen 801 delivers advanced performance for city riding and long-distance adventures. The 43 mm WP APEX front fork offers 140 mm of travel with adjustable compression and rebound damping. The rear shock absorber has 150 mm of travel and is adjustable, providing easy maintenance.
Excellent stopping power is supplied by the J.Juan braking system, featuring two 300 mm floating discs at the front and a 240 mm disc at the rear. The cornering-sensitive Bosch ABS system is offered as standard.
The rider benefits from easy access to all necessary trip information thanks to the 5-inch TFT glass dashboard. The standard Connectivity Unit allows the rider to further enhance the experience in the saddle of the Svartpilen 801. With a smartphone connected via Bluetooth, the rider can listen to and control their favorite music and initiate or receive calls. RemoteControl Mode (RCM) allows the rider to control the Husqvarna Motorcycles Ride App via the handlebar buttons for added safety and simplicity.
