The engine develops 57 HP and weighs only 29 kg, making it the lightest in the 450 cc category. The total weight is 107.7 kg, and the fuel tank capacity is 8.5 liters.
The transmission includes a 6-speed gearbox, a DDS multi-disc wet clutch with Brembo hydraulics, and a chain final drive. Quickshifter is fitted as standard, allowing clutchless upshifts by briefly interrupting the ignition. The Quickshifter function can be deactivated via the map selection switch and is only active from 2nd gear to 6th gear.
The suspension consists of a 48 mm WP Xact closed-cartridge inverted fork at the front with 300 mm travel, fully adjustable without tools via hand clickers on the bottom of the fork leg and the top cap, and a WP Xplor PDS (Progressive Damping System) mono-shock at the rear with 310 mm travel, featuring manually adjustable dual compression controls for high and low-speed settings.
The braking system includes a 260 mm disc at the front and a 220 mm disc at the rear.
The seat height is 963 mm, and the ground clearance is 347 mm. The frame is tubular with a glossy orange powder-coated finish. The wheels are 21 x 1.60 inch at the front and 18 x 2.15 inch at the rear. Tires are Metzeler 6 Days Extreme in 90/90 front and 140/80 rear sizes. The handlebars are Neken aluminum with 28/22 mm diameter.
Special Six Days equipment includes a glossy orange frame, frame protection set, specific Six Days seat, engine map selection switch, traction control, Quickshifter, Six Days branded parts, orange anodized CNC triple clamp, orange front axle puller, semi-floating front brake disc, solid rear brake disc, rear brake safety wire, Supersprox Stealth rear sprockets, skid plate, and radiator fan. The muffler is coated in anthracite with the Six Days logo.
The electronic system includes electric start with an ultra-light 2 Ah lithium-ion battery, an Offroad Control Unit (OCU) located under the seat which replaces all electronic fuses and relays, and an engine map selection switch that allows choosing between 2 unique engine maps. Map 1 is standard, more linear and predictable, while Map 2 is more aggressive for improved throttle response and more explosive power.
The air filter box is designed to ensure maximum airflow with minimal water intrusion, featuring an enduro-specific splash protector under the air box.
