KTM 300 EXC Hardenduro 2025 is a specialized enduro motorcycle for hard enduro competitions, based on the legendary KTM 300 EXC model and equipped with an exclusive Hardenduro parts package. The motorcycle features a single-cylinder 2-stroke engine with 293.15 cc displacement, liquid-cooled, with Keihin EFI electronic injection system with 39 mm throttle body. Weight is 106.1 kg.
The transmission includes 6-speed gearbox, DDS wet multi-disc clutch with Brembo hydraulics, electric start with 2 Ah lithium-ion battery and 520 X-Ring chain. Primary transmission ratio is 26:72, secondary ratio 14:45.
Suspension consists of 48 mm WP XACT closed cartridge inverted fork, fully adjustable, with 300 mm travel at front, and WP Xplor PDS mono-shock with 310 mm travel at rear, with hand-adjustable dual compression controls. Both suspensions allow tool-free adjustments.
The braking system includes 260 mm semi-floating disc at front and 220 mm solid disc at rear. Wheels are high-strength DID alloy, black, with CNC-machined orange hubs, black spokes and orange aluminum nipples. Tires are Metzeler 6 Days Extreme in sizes 90/90-21 front and 140/80-18 rear.
Seat height is 963 mm, ground clearance 347 mm, and fuel tank capacity is 9 liters. Handlebar is Neken aluminum with 28/22 mm diameter.
Special Hardenduro equipment includes gloss orange frame, hardcore protection for frame, engine and brake discs, skid plate, wrap-around handguards, pull straps for assistance in extreme zones, radiator fan, black anodized CNC triple clamps, map selector switch with 2 operating modes, Factory seat with ribbed black cover and Supersprox Stealth rear sprocket. White-on-black graphics with black and orange fenders offer a distinctive look.
Offroad Control Unit (OCU) located under the seat replaces all electronic fuses and relays, with red or green LED indication for each output, facilitating electrical error diagnosis.
